These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of navigoo.com and the products and services provided by NAVIGOO LLC (“NAVIGOO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including NAVIGOO CLEANER.
By accessing our website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
When you purchase or expressly authorize a NAVIGOO service, these Terms form part of the agreement between you and NAVIGOO for that service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or authorize a NAVIGOO service.

NAVIGOO provides digital products and services that may change or expand over time.
Individual services may have additional descriptions, scopes, prices, requirements, or service-specific terms presented before purchase or authorization. Those service-specific terms form part of the agreement for that service.
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue services where reasonably necessary. Changes will not retroactively alter an already agreed scope of paid work unless you and NAVIGOO agree otherwise.
NAVIGOO CLEANER provides defined digital task services based on information, instructions, and files submitted by customers.
Examples may include file cleanup, formatting, conversion, data organization, document preparation, and other supported digital tasks.
Not every submitted task will necessarily be accepted. NAVIGOO may decline a request that falls outside the service scope, requires capabilities we do not offer, presents unreasonable security or legal risk, or cannot reasonably be completed as requested.
Submitting a CLEANER task or file is a request for review only.
Submission does not:
authorize NAVIGOO to begin paid work;
create an obligation for you to purchase the service; or
trigger payment by itself.
We review the request and may ask questions where clarification is necessary.
Before paid work begins, NAVIGOO will communicate the proposed scope and price. You decide whether to proceed.
The applicable scope and price for a service will be communicated before paid work begins.
A service becomes authorized when you accept the applicable scope and price and complete any required payment or other confirmation specified by NAVIGOO.
We will perform the agreed work according to that scope.
If information provided after authorization materially changes the requested work, NAVIGOO may pause the task and propose a revised scope, price, or delivery expectation before performing additional work.
We will not intentionally expand a paid task beyond the agreed scope and charge you for that additional work without your authorization.
You are responsible for:
providing reasonably accurate and complete instructions;
providing files and information necessary for the requested service;
reviewing the proposed scope before authorization;
responding to reasonable clarification requests where needed;
ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any files, content, data, or materials submitted to NAVIGOO;
avoiding submission of information that is unnecessary for the task.
Unless specifically required and agreed for a particular service, you should not submit passwords, payment-card details, authentication credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
You must not use NAVIGOO services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
Prices will be communicated before paid work begins.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in the currency shown at the time of purchase.
NAVIGOO may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, and may offer additional payment methods such as PayPal where available.
Payment information may be collected and processed directly by those payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for any taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase where required by law.
NAVIGOO will not charge for additional work outside the agreed scope without your authorization.
NAVIGOO will provide completed work using the delivery method communicated for the applicable service, which may include email, download, file transfer, or another appropriate method.
Any delivery time or completion estimate communicated before authorization is an estimate unless NAVIGOO expressly agrees that a specific deadline is guaranteed.
If we reasonably expect a material delay, we will seek to inform you and, where appropriate, agree on the next step.
Delivery may depend on the customer providing required information, files, clarification, approvals, or other necessary input.
If delivered work does not materially conform to the agreed scope, please contact NAVIGOO and describe the issue.
Where reasonably appropriate, NAVIGOO will seek to correct work that does not conform to the agreed scope without treating the correction as a new paid task.
A request that changes the original instructions, adds new requirements, introduces new files or data, or otherwise expands the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a new quotation or authorization.
Service-specific revision conditions may be communicated before purchase where appropriate.
Because NAVIGOO services may involve work performed specifically for an individual customer, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on when the request is made and how much work has already been performed.
If you request cancellation before work has begun, NAVIGOO will generally seek to cancel the task and refund amounts paid for work not performed, subject to any non-refundable third-party charges that were clearly disclosed where applicable.
If work has already begun, NAVIGOO may reasonably retain or charge an amount corresponding to work already performed and costs already incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If NAVIGOO cannot perform an accepted task for reasons attributable to NAVIGOO, we will seek an appropriate resolution, which may include correction, cancellation, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
As between you and NAVIGOO, you retain ownership of the files, data, documents, images, text, and other materials you provide to us (“Customer Materials”), subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You grant NAVIGOO a limited permission to access, copy, process, modify, convert, and otherwise use Customer Materials only as reasonably necessary to review your request, perform the authorized service, provide support, secure our systems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your Customer Materials to NAVIGOO.
By providing Customer Materials, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, or other lawful basis necessary to provide them to NAVIGOO and to authorize the processing required for the requested service.
You must not knowingly submit material that unlawfully infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
Upon full payment for an authorized service, you may use the deliverable produced specifically for you for its intended purpose, subject to:
rights in your original Customer Materials;
third-party intellectual property or licensed materials, if any;
pre-existing NAVIGOO tools, methods, templates, software, know-how, or other materials; and
any additional terms communicated for the applicable service.
NAVIGOO retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, methods, templates, software, processes, know-how, and other intellectual property used to provide the service.
Unless separately agreed, NAVIGOO does not obtain ownership of your underlying Customer Materials merely because we perform work on them.
Customer files are handled in accordance with the NAVIGOO Privacy Policy and any service-specific retention option selected by the customer.
NAVIGOO CLEANER is not intended to provide permanent file storage.
In providing a service, NAVIGOO may receive business information or Customer Materials that are not publicly available.
NAVIGOO will seek to handle non-public customer information with reasonable care and use it only as reasonably necessary to review, provide, administer, secure, or support the requested service, or as otherwise authorized or required by law.
Unless separately agreed in writing, these Terms do not create obligations equivalent to a separately negotiated non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”).
If your task requires specific confidentiality obligations beyond these Terms, please raise that requirement before submitting sensitive materials or authorizing the work.
You may not use NAVIGOO, its website, or its services to:
violate applicable law or regulation;
commit or facilitate fraud, deception, or other unlawful activity;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
distribute malware or malicious code;
interfere with or attempt to compromise NAVIGOO systems, accounts, security, or infrastructure;
submit content or instructions that you do not have the lawful right to provide;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
use a service in a manner that creates unreasonable legal, security, or operational risk.
NAVIGOO may decline, suspend, or stop work where we reasonably believe a request violates these Terms or creates an unacceptable legal, security, or operational risk.
NAVIGOO may rely on third-party providers for functions such as website infrastructure, communications, customer relationship management, file handling, payment processing, analytics, and other operational services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
NAVIGOO is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit responsibilities that NAVIGOO cannot lawfully exclude.
Unless a particular service expressly states otherwise, NAVIGOO services and website content do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice where your circumstances require it.
NAVIGOO will seek to provide authorized services with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed scope.
However, except for commitments expressly made in an agreed service scope and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided without additional warranties, express or implied.
NAVIGOO does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every submitted task will be accepted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAVIGOO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAVIGOO's aggregate liability arising out of an individual paid service will not exceed the amount paid to NAVIGOO for the service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
NAVIGOO will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, such as major infrastructure outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, widespread service-provider failures, or similar events.
Where such an event materially affects an authorized service, NAVIGOO will seek to communicate with the affected customer and determine a reasonable next step.
We may update these Terms when our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The Effective Date at the top of the Terms will indicate the current published version.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Changes to these general Terms will not silently alter an already agreed scope of paid work.
NAVIGOO may suspend or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, or other serious misuse.
You may stop using NAVIGOO services at any time, subject to obligations relating to work already authorized or performed.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration unless NAVIGOO and the applicable customer separately agree to arbitration in a valid agreement.
