• scope, quotation, payment, and delivery information.

Submitting a task is a request for review. It does not by itself authorize NAVIGOO to begin paid work or trigger payment. Scope and price are confirmed before paid work begins.

Please Minimize Sensitive Information

Only provide information reasonably necessary to perform your task.

Unless specifically required and agreed for a particular service, do not submit passwords, payment-card details, authentication credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your files or task description.

7. CLEANER File Retention

NAVIGOO CLEANER is not intended to provide permanent file storage.

Our default objective is to retain working files only for the period reasonably necessary to review, perform, quality-check, deliver, and administer the requested service.

After that operational need ends, files are scheduled for deletion, subject to technical limitations such as temporary system copies or backups and any retention required for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

NAVIGOO may offer an optional paid file-retention service. If selected by the customer, designated files may be retained for up to 30 days for the stated purpose and scheduled for deletion after that period.

The exact security and encryption mechanisms applicable to such an optional retention service will be disclosed before that service is offered. NAVIGOO will not represent files as using customer-only encryption unless that functionality has been implemented and verified.

Business records that do not require retention of the original customer file — such as invoices, transaction records, or necessary service records — may be retained separately for longer periods where reasonably required for business, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

8. Payments

Where payment is required, NAVIGOO may use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, and may offer other payment methods such as PayPal.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information directly under their own privacy policies and terms.

NAVIGOO does not intend to store complete payment-card credentials in its own systems when payment information is handled directly by an authorized payment processor.

Available payment methods and processors may change over time.
